2.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle of suitable size for passengers and luggage. Thatcham Airport Service does not guarantee the accommodation of excessive luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered individual passengers.
2.3 Those requiring wheelchair access should specify this during the booking process.
3.1 Our quotation is based on information provided by you and excludes VAT unless explicitly stated. Any material changes to the itinerary may result in an adjustment to the quoted price.
3.2 A 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs are included in our quote. Additional waiting time will be charged at the standard Thatcham Airport Service rate.

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking immediately if any risk is posed to the vehicle or driver. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.
8.1 Subcontracting by Thatcham Airport Service is permitted. You may not assign or transfer any obligations or rights under this agreement.
8.2 Terms and conditions may be modified by Thatcham Airport Service, with changes reflected on this page. Existing bookings adhere to rates effective at the time of booking.
8.3 Information processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Thatcham Airport Service and you.
8.5 No third party can enforce rights under this agreement without a written agreement.
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims made beyond this timeframe are not obligated to be entertained by Thatcham Airport Service.
